Code of Conduct of Marquard & Bahls

Our reputation is one of our key assets and must be safeguarded. As a fast growing company it is our aim but also challenge to maintain our values throughout the group.

The Marqurd & Bahls Code of Conduct comprises 16 principles structured in four chapters. These chapters are:

  • Our People
  • Our Business Conduct
  • Our Resources
  • Our Commitment

The principles are meant to provide a consistent horizon of values and guidance of what Marquard & Bahls stands for and how we should behave when interacting with others.

We want to make our employees aware of possible conflicting interests and encourage responsible decision making. In the section “Bringing the Code to Life” we describe our internal Whistleblowing System for the reporting of violations.
