Helios Terminal on Jurong Island, Singapore
Oiltanking sells 45% of its shares in the Helios Terminal Corporation to Macquarie Capital. Upon acquiring the Helios terminal in 2012, Oiltanking already plans to jointly operate the terminal with a long-term partner in the future. Oiltanking believed that Macquarie Capital’s investment focus and financial market capabilities make it an ideal partner in this venture.
