Oiltanking Acquires United Bulk Terminals

Oiltanking Holding Americas takes over United Bulk Terminals, a specialist in dry bulk storage and handling. Located on the Mississippi River, United Bulk Terminals is the largest dry bulk export terminal on the US Gulf Coast.
In addition to the storage of mineral oils, chemicals and gases, Oiltanking has also been active in the storage and handling of bulk for several years now. Initial successes had already been achieved with two refineries in Corpus Christi, USA, and one in the US Virgin Islands.
