Oiltanking Acquires Two Terminals in Durban and Cape Town, South Africa

Oiltanking Grindrod Calulo, in which Oiltanking holds a 46% interest, acquired the business of two tank terminals in Durban and Cape Town from Grindrod. Both terminals play a key role in the import and redistribution of molasses and vegetable oils. The idea is to extend the plant’s range to other products. The acquisition is an important step for Oiltanking, extending its business to South Africa for the first time.
