Trainee Program (national/international)

The trainee programs offered by Marquard & Bahls generally last two years. The entry dates are flexible, as every training phase is geared towards the individual trainee and current necessities. Visits to our subsidiaries at home and abroad offer graduates sound training and good prospects for a management career in our company. Our goal is that students take on their own area of responsibility, at home or abroad, during the training phase.
