- Purchase of Oiltanking Sonmarin, Finland.

- Opening of the Oiltanking Mumbai terminal, after a construction time of 12 months.

Joint venture
- Oiltanking forms a joint venture with Zuari Industries and Indian Oiltanking to construct and operate a terminal in Goa, India.
- We purchase a part of CLHB Bolivia's 19 terminals.
- Oiltanking constructs a chemical terminal in Singapore (see photo) that later will become a 50/50 Oiltanking Odfjell joint venture.
